RAFFLE'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The price of the ticket is fixed at 20,00 €. The maximum number of tickets to be sold is limited to 400.

• A ticket entitles you to a 1 in 400 chance to win a weightless flight worth € 7,500.

• To enter the raffle, a person must hold at least one raffle ticket but may enter the raffle with multiple tickets.

• Raffle tickets are nonrefundable.

• In case of cancellation of the flight from Luxembourg, the winner retains his place for a flight from Bordeaux, France (Kanner Wonsch will take care of transportation).

• The zero-gravity flight will depart from Findel Airport on Friday, April 17, 2020, subject to modifications by the organizers.

• The winner must meet the required medical conditions: a medical certificate signed by a physician according to AirZeroG regulations.

• The minimum age to participate in a weightless flight is 14 years of age. Any participating minor must be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult is responsible for purchasing their ticket. 

• The winning number will be drawn by Maitre Karine Reuter in Luxembourg.

• The holder of a winning ticket will be contacted by Kanner Wonsch Luxembourg. The winning number will also be published on the website and social networks of the organization.

• If Kanner Wonsch is unable to contact the winner, he/she agrees to contact Kanner Wonsch at + 352-314.595 before April 1, 2020. Failure to do so will result in Kanner Wonsch no longer being able to guarantee a place on the flight.

• If you are unable to attend your winning flight, the ticket may be transferred to the person of your choice after getting the agreement of Kanner Wonsch Luxembourg.

You are informed that, as part of your participation in this Raffle, Kanner Wonsch Luxembourg SIS collects and processes personal data including your last name, first name, email address and telephone number to be contacted if your ticket number is drawn by the notary and for further general information about the organization. You may request access and / or modification or deletion of your personal data as collected by Kanner Wonsch Luxembourg SIS by sending an email to info@wonsch.lu.
